THE 36th ANNUAL OLD FASHIONED SQUARE GATHERING SAT. OCTOBER 18, 2008                ON THE TOWN SQUARE IN OZARK ARKANSAS   The festival is planned in cooperation with the City of Ozark and Franklin County governments and law enforcement agencies. 9:00AM-6:00PM                                  Arts and crafts booths will open at 9:00 AM.  Throughout the day there will be music, games, good food of all kinds, and free entertainment.  Plan now to attend for a great time. Craftsmen from all over Arkansas and other states will be on hand to display and sell their wares and enjoy a day of good fun and fellowship.   Booth space is now available.  All proceeds from your booth will be retained by you or your group.  Rental for booth space is used to promote, advertise and provide necessary facilities for the festival.   Each group or individual must provide their own booth or stand, tables, canopies, etc.  Requests are given in order of first-come first-serve basis.  It is understood that in the unlikelihood of severe weather forcing cancellation, no funds will be returned since they have been spent for advertising.  It is also understood that Main Street Ozark or the Square Gathering Committee will not be responsible for accidents or stolen goods.   Each vendor is responsible for collecting and reporting state sales tax. Booth spaces should be set up and occupied prior to 9:00AM on Saturday, October 18, 2008. No vehicles will be permitted within festival grounds between 9:00AM and 5:00PM.  Please limit merchandise to hand-made or made in America items and use Hillbilly names for your booths and food items when possible.  SALE OF WATER GUNS, SILLY STRING AND SPRAY PAINT IS PROHIBITED! NO PETS PLEASE. One booth space (approx. 10’x20’)—$25.00              Food trailer— $50.00   Double booth   or approx.
